Pre – Construction
The Built Pre-Construction team first meets with the owners to understand their Quality, Schedule, and Budget needs, goals, and intentions. Then we meet regularly with the design team – architects, interiors, and consultants to understand the design vision, timeline, etc.
We help convey the expectations clearly to the client so that everyone has the same goals.
We then determine budget and schedule milestone parameters while the permits, plans, and specs are coming together. This allows for a clean construction contract and at times, Pre-construction services may also include project management tasks to make the construction phase start with some momentum.
Construction
The Built Construction team manages the quality controls, schedule, budget, and complete communication of each project.
We work with trusted subcontractors to carry out the vision of the design team and our project management makes the building experience efficient and enjoyable for everyone involved.
By using Buildertrend, construction management software we are able to provide clients and their project with a new level of productivity, communication, and transparency.

Who's responsible for getting the necessary permits?
We can hep you on getting the necessary permits if you decide to avoid any delays or unnecessary hassle. Depending upon the project on hand, we can definitely assist you on expediting and making it more smooth. Our crew staff is very familiar with the entire process and can give you an exact timeline on when it will ready before your official construction.
What is your service area?
We cover all of the King County and along of the surrounding areas. However, we do offer services in all of the Washington state and some out of state projects.
Do you offer any warranties or guarantees?
We are 100% vested in our project and we are an experienced team who loves to provide quality in our services. Therefore we do offer gurantee in all of our services.
How long does a typical construction project take?
Depending upon the size of your project and complexity, every project is different but, for a regular construction house project, it could take around 4 to 6 months. This would be a most common newer type of construction.
